We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will replace it for you! All returns must be accompanied by the purchase Invoice or packing note.

We endeavour to send out items within ten working days.  If the product you require is out of stock we will advise you of an expected delivery date.

 

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders are welcome and shipping rates are calculated according to the destination country and weight of the package. Customers can obtain a shipping quote by emailing info@solutionsnz.co

We endeavour to send out your order within 10 working days, however not all items displayed on the website are kept in stock so there may be a delay.  We will keep you updated with the status of your order

New Zealand Shipping Rates

All items are couriered throughout New Zealand  The cost will be calculated for you during check-out.
New Zealand Delivery Times
You will receive an email when your order is shipped,
Please note we rely on courier  companies to provide delivery services but cannot guarantee delivery times.

International Delivery Times
International Airmail
Australia: 3-6 working days after dispatch
Rest of world: 6-10 working days after dispatch

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Most items can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of the item being shipped, provided it is in new, resalable condition.

However we are unable to accept CDs, or DVDs, as returns, unless the goods are faulty or factory sealed and unused.
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days of your order being cancelled, but please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us if you haven't received your refund.
Please advise a bank account in NZ for the refund to be paid into.

International orders will be refunded to a credit card
